In the guest cottage, there is one bedroom with a king-size bedroom and another bedroom with two twin-size beds.
In the ensuite bathroom of the main cottage’s master bedroom, there is a shower/bathtub. In each of the two guest bathrooms of the main house, visitors will find a shower. There is also a half bathroom off the first floor den. In the guest house, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Linens, towels, and high-quality toiletries are provided.
In the multiple living spaces of the villa, guests will find ample seating with a variety of arm chairs, sofas, and tables, as well as two dining tables. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, televisions, cable, a DVD player, a stereo, and a fireplace.

Location + Surroundings
Nestled deep inside Santa Barbara County’s wine country, the area abounds with wineries and wine tasting rooms, along with many fine-dining restaurants that take full advantage of the locally cultivated wines and produce. Nearby, Los Padres National Forrest offers nearly two million acres of woodlands and hiking trails, while Lake Cachuma provides ample opportunities for water sports. In the Santa Ynez Valley, guests will also find a number of antique stores, art galleries, and other tourist attractions, such as the Carriage Museum and the Maverick Saloon.
The location is about 20 minutes north of the Pacific Ocean, 40 minutes north of Santa Barbara, two hours north of Los Angeles, and four hours south of San Francisco. Easily accessible from California State Highways 154 and 246, it is the perfect California road trip destination, as well as a short drive away from the Santa Barbara Airport.
