The living room provides a comfortable setting for guests to relax in with a number of comfortable couches set on a carpeted area around a rustling fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area can comfortably seat six guests, while more can find seating at the countertop island at the entrance to the kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops and all the required appliances including an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and plenty of storage space.
Outside, guests will find an enclosed wooden deck with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill for al fresco cooking.

Location + Surroundings
The Eldorado National Forest almost envelopes this area, with pleasant hikes, as well as flora and fauna nature trails just a short trip away. Both Sugar Pine Point Park and General Creek Campground are nearby. Sacramento can be reached in just over two hours. Lake Tahoe Airport can be found an hour and a half away.

All of the activities at Lake Tahoe are on full display at this glamping accommodation, making for a scenic waterfront getaway packed with adventure. At nearby Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park, guests can go hiking on the General Creek Trail and cross-country skiing on 11 miles of trails, which guests can go snowshoeing on as well. Guided snowshoeing tours are occasionally available from park rangers. At the nearby park, guests will also find a beach where they can go swimming, or they can go fishing on General Creek.
For skiing and snowboarding, guests can hit the slopes at Homewood Mountain Resort. In the summer, the hills of the resort are open to mountain biking and hiking. On Lake Tahoe, guests can go boating, fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, with rentals, charters, and lessons available from High Sierra Water Ski School and SWA Watersports. Eldorado National Forest, a short distance from the property, is also well-known to locals, providing miles of hiking and walking trails, discoverable by foot or mountain bike.
