1. This is a 3rd-floor unit with stairs. Keep this in mind in the winter with ski gear and all year round..
2. An additional guest screening form may be required.
3. The minimum age to book the condo is 25
4. Shared community laundry room in the building on the first floor. Machines require a credit card.
5. Rec Center Use: There is a $10 per person/per day fee paid to the Rec Center if you use the facilities.
5. Free shuttle to/from the Village during winter and summer seasons.
6. Community Grills and outdoor furniture are not available during November to April due to snow. There is a fee to use community grills.
