This modern riverfront skiing cabin rental near Lake Tahoe can accommodate up to 12 guests and contains a widely spread two floors. There are two common areas, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an upstairs den featuring an original rock fireplace from the 1890s, a daybed, rocking chair, and work desk with chair. This delightful hidden cabin is situated in a secluded and serene neighborhood. The cabin has also recently been remodeled with modern mountain style finishes and furnishings and is fully equipped with everything needed to relax and have the very best vacation.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom and one bathroom, with beds for four people (two guests on a king-size bed in the bedroom and two guests in twin-size day beds in the living room). The bathroom includes a two person shower and heated concrete floor. There is a big open living room with views of the river and mountains, fireplace, a sectional sofa in front of a rock fireplace, a television, and a pool table. The living room is complete with a kitchenette and seating for four.
The second floor sleeps eight people. There are three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, two with queen-size beds, and bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one features a whirlpool bath and shower in master bedroom, and the other features a shower.
Upstairs, there is also a full gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, all new stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner, gas stove top with griddle, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, oven, and microwave. There are lots of cooking utensils, and small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, blender, slow cooker, and more. The upstairs living room has a flat screen television, movie packages, stereo, CD player, leather sofa and recliner plus a sectional sofa for lounging in front of the fire, completed with amazing views of the Truckee River and mountains.
This riverfront cabin is a hidden gem in a secluded and serene neighborhood. Guests can enjoy privacy surrounded by beautiful woodland and nature, and never be too far away from activities, lakes, mountains, and towns. The cabin is built into the hillside, with the back deck situated on the second floor with stairs down to the backyard. The deck is gated, making it perfect for keeping small children and dogs contained. The upstairs deck has picturesque views of the Truckee River and mountains. There is a barbecue grill, a dining table which includes an umbrella and seating for six, and there are also four lounge chairs for glampers to dine and relax after a long day fishing or skiing.
The front entry of this glamping accommodation has heated concrete steps from the driveway to the front door, to ensure guests will not be required to shovel snow while on their vacation. There is a covered metal grate bridge and a covered patio with seating and firewood storage, moss covered granite boulders, and native plants spread throughout the natural landscape. The back yard features a gazebo overlooking the river, children's bicycles, and another outdoor grill for glampers to enjoy, have fun with their children, and cook delicious meals with scenic views surrounded by an amazing atmosphere.
The site offers high-speed broadband access and a large driveway in front of the cabin for parking. There is also forced heating, a wooden stove, and some radiant floor heating downstairs. f guests feel like having a relaxed day in the cabin, there is plenty of entertainment provided to keep everyone occupied. There are books and games for children and adults, a CD and DVD player, a pool table, two televisions, a stereo, toys, and premium satellite packages with sports and movies.

This glamping accommodation is pet-friendly, family-friendly, and smoking is not permitted. There is a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 which is refunded seven days after departure if no damage is reported. The deposit will be handled between the host and the guest upon arrival.
Should a cancellation occur, the guest will be entitled to all monies paid if the property is re-booked for those dates, less a $100.00 cancellation fee and the Glamping Hub service fee. Should a cancellation occur, and the property is not re-booked, all monies are non-refundable except for the security deposit, cleaning fee, and the Glamping Hub service fee.

Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are ski resorts approximately 20 miles (30 minutes drive) from the cabin. Guests can have the opportunity to visit Emerald State Park, The Taylor Creek Visitor Center, go boating, or parasailing.
