The Airstreams sleep up to four people each and are equipped with a shower, bathroom, dinette, stove top, refrigerator, one queen bed and two single beds, and room for clothing storage. Linens are provided for guests.

For the Pancake Breakfasts, guests can enjoy a scrumptious stack of pancakes hot off the griddle. Round out the meal with sausage links, coffee and some orange juice. Sunday morning 8am - 10am for $5.00/plate. It is also offered on Memorial Day weekend through to Labor Day weekend.
Tie-Dyed T-Shirts - Get crafty on holiday and bring home a handmade souvenir! The hosts will demonstrate how create a tie-dye shirt and guests will be given all the necessary supplies to create a wearable memento from the vacation! Prices vary between $5-$10.

The campground offers its own entertainment options including freshly baked pizzas delivered to the accommodation, Saturday BBQ lunch, and pancake breakfast in the summer.
Campfire Time - Cozy up with family and friends around the campfire and toast marshmallows and relate the day's events. For interactive live entertainment, make sure to drop by the Campfire Theatre and participate in talent, slapstick or game shows.
Outdoor Cinema - The on-site outdoor cinema resembles a drive-in movie without the car. Get some freshly-popped popcorn, yummy snacks and cool drinks while enjoying a family-oriented film under a canopy of stars!
Customize a Sundae - The hosts serve toppings such as chocolate syrup and whipped cream!
Express Fun Train - Hop on the fun train and get to know the campground highlights and other local attractions.

Surf Lessons - Take surf lessons at one of the best surf school's in Santa Cruz. The Richard Schmidt Surf School dates back to the 1970s and offers courses for all levels of experience. Enjoy the stunning waves of Santa Cruz and learn from the area's top surfers!
Santa Cruz Beaches - The campground is located less than 1 mile from the famous Manresa State Beach. The beach boasts miles of sand, park lands and bike paths, with ample kite flying opportunities. Enjoy fresh crab and San Francisco Sourdough and BBQ'd oysters at the waterfront restaurants!
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Amusement Park - this fun park is only 15 minutes north of the campground and offers fun carnival rides such as the 1924 "Giant Dipper", one of the rare wooden roller coasters that still exist in the US, games, shops, miniature golf courses and more.
Historic Monterey - Cannery Row and Fishermen's Wharf - Cannery Row is the waterfront street in the New Monterey Section of Monterey and home to now-defunct sardine canning factories. Cannery Row has been converted into a bustling shopping area and a premier destination for shopping, dinning, family-fun, and nightlife. There are more than 150 stores located along the six-block stretch of Cannery Row. Fisherman’s Wharf is full of seafood restaurants, fish markets, art galleries, local specialty shops, niche product and candy stores, a theater, fishing, diving, sight-seeing and whale-watching charters, and more.

There is a three night minimum stay on Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day weekends.

Early check in fee may apply. If guests arrive after the regular office hours, there will be an envelope with the reservation information at the greeting station. Just go to the site and come in before 11:00 AM to register.
The campsite quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During non-quiet times, please be respectful of neighboring campers. Excessive drinking, noise and foul language will not be allowed.
There must be a responsible person 21 years of age or older to register the site and there must be a responsible person over the age of 21 staying on the site for the entire stay.
Visitors to guests' registered site must pay a $7.00 per person fee. Guests four years old and under are free, however there is a maximum of four visitors per site.. Please have guests check in at the office on arrival. Visiting hours end at 10pm.
