Guests of this beautiful cabin in Yosemite National Park will have endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation, whether they are outdoors enthusiasts or simply want to spend a few days away from the bustle of the city. The cabin, with its ample amenities, is perfect for unwinding, as guests can soak in the hot tub on the porch while barbecuing or curl up in front of the fireplace to read or watch a movie.
In Wawona Basin, guests can play a round of golf on the nearby course or head into the wilderness surrounding the Sierra Nevadas, as there are many trails of various levels meandering throughout the region. Glampers will find paths leading to waterfalls and overlooks, and some that lead to the summits of Sierra Nevada peaks.
There are also fishing and rafting opportunities on the Merced and Tuolumne Rivers, or guided gold panning tours where glampers can try to harvest gold from a Yosemite stream. Mariposa and Yosemite Villages offer plenty of art galleries, boutique shops, spas, and a variety of restaurants, as well as heritage tours and cultural centers for more information on the area. The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, just 20 minutes from the cabin, is also a highlight, as the forest consists of the tallest trees in the world, the redwoods.
