In the living area, guests will find an open floor plan with a comfortable sofa and three cozy recliners next to the lovely wood burning stove. Glampers will love the hardwood flooring, beautiful wooden paneling, and homey décor throughout. Adjacent, there is a dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen with white tile counters and beautiful wood cabinets, as well as all of the essentials, including a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Outside, there are two private decks, a lower and an upper, nestled among the trees. The upper deck boasts a gas barbecue, a picnic table, and lounge chairs overlooking the incredible Yosemite National Park, which will serve as guests’ backyard during their stay. The lower deck has additional lounge chairs and provides a shaded retreat for sunnier days.

This area offers endless possibilities for exploration and family-friendly activities. Glampers seeking an outdoor adventure have found the right place. With endless trails through Yosemite National Park right at their fingertips, guests will never tire of hiking, biking, geocaching, and rock climbing. Plenty of gold panning opportunities are also nearby for both the beginners and the experienced. If guests want to stay a bit closer to town, they can take a carriage ride at the Big Trees Stables, go for a scavenger hunt to visit all of Wawona’s 20+ carved bears or spend the afternoon practicing their swing at the Big Trees Golf Course. When the weather gets cooler, visitors can try their hand at snowshoeing through the neighboring meadows, ice skating in Yosemite Valley, or skiing at Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area. For a bit of the local history, visitors will love taking a ride on the historic Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad steam train.
