This pet-friendly cabin escape is located in the heart of Yosemite National Park in Wawona, California and accommodates up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms boast a plush queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twins, great for those who are glamping with kids. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed. The two full bathrooms each feature a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living area, guests will find a comfortable sofa and two cozy recliners next to the lovely wood burning, stone-faced fireplace. Glampers will love the beautiful wood paneling and the homey décor throughout. Just around the corner, the fully equipped kitchen awaits with all of the essentials, including a dining table for six, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Outside, there is a private deck that boasts a gas barbecue, a picnic table, and lounge chairs overlooking the incredible Yosemite National Park, which will serve as guests’ backyard during their stay.

Glampers will have access to entertainment facilities including satellite television, a DVD player, a VCR player, and Wi-Fi. For guests’ convenience, there is partial heating and a wood burning fireplace. The telephone also allows guests to make free domestic and international calls with some limitations. Outside, there is a spacious, partially covered deck with a gas barbecue grill, a picnic table, a long bench, and lounge chairs, providing the perfect spot to cook out and unwind after a fun day exploring the area.

If guests want to stay a bit closer to town, they can take a carriage ride at the Big Trees Stables, go for a scavenger hunt to visit all of Wawona’s 20+ carved bears or spend the afternoon practicing their swing at the Big Trees Golf Course. When the weather gets cooler, visitors can try their hand at snowshoeing through the neighboring meadows, ice skating in Yosemite Valley, or skiing at Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area. For a bit of the local history, visitors will love taking a ride on the historic Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad steam train.
