This secluded, two-bedroom cabin rental in Yosemite West, California, is perfectly suited for a couple or family of four on a visit to beautiful Yosemite National Park. Within the gates of Yosemite, nestled in the pines, the duplex offers ample outdoor space including a roomy outdoor deck with a propane grill for summer evenings and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room for cooler winter nights.

The master bedroom has a king bed and 42-inch television. The second room has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, as well as laundry facilities, on the property. The modern kitchen contains granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the living room is equipped with satellite television and books for extra entertainment.

Please note that the cabin does not have air conditioning or Wi-Fi, but it does have parking for two vehicles during the summer and one vehicle during the winter.

This vacation rental is located in Yosemite West, with the legendary granite walls, waterfalls and other wonders of Yosemite Valley in its backyard. Yosemite National Park is an attraction in California’s Sierra Nevada mountain range and is known for the iconic cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. The 1,000-square-mile park also boasts the tallest waterfall in the contiguous United States, Yosemite Falls, as well as hundreds of miles of hiking trails and scenic swimming holes to suit any adventurer.

Just 100 miles from the park, visitors can see—and taste!—a vast farmland in the Central Valley, America’s greatest food resource. And 200 miles from the park is the bustling city of San Francisco, where tourists flock to see sunsets illuminating the Bay from the Golden Gate Bridge and a photogenic row of Victorian houses dubbed the Painted Ladies. However, the nearest airport to Yosemite National Park is the Merced Regional Airport, 83 miles away.

Yosemite National Park is a paradise for any nature lover. With hiking trails both beginner-worthy and extreme, roaring waterfalls at which to marvel, wildlife to admire, granite walls and boulders to climb, and streams to wade in, it’s nearly impossible to be bored. Yosemite is an outdoor playground year-round. In the summer months, tourists can be found scattered around the valley floor enjoying a picnic in the shadow El Capitan. In the colder months, winter sports enthusiasts take to the ski slopes at Badger Pass.

Yosemite Village offers plenty of places to grab a bite, shop for souvenirs, and admire the art and photography of the region, too. Other Yosemite must-dos include catching a sunset at Glacier Point Lookout, watching world-class rock climbers climb El Capitan through binoculars from the valley, and hiking up a waterfall on the Mist Trail on a crisp morning.
