This idyllic cottage rental is located near Eugene, Oregon and can accommodate two guests. The main room has dinning table, a window seat, a lounge chair and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, a hot plate, a microwave, and dishes and utensils. There is a loft bedroom with full size bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The bath house is located about 10 feet from the cottage which has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. There is an outdoor cooking area with granite counter top and power outlet on the porch.

The cottage is located on 44 acres of pasture, forest with Mosby Creek running through the property. The main attraction here is the private swimming hole complete with jumping off rocks! The hosts provide inner tubes and beach towels. Fishing is allowed but guests need to provide their own gear and license. Other features include benches, picnic tables, and chairs scattered over the property for glampers to find the perfect spot to relax. Watching the horses graze is another pastime to enjoy. The hosts have made hiking trails throughout the property which kids have enjoyed riding their bikes on.

This property is located near Eugene, Oregon, and is in an area of considerable natural beauty. To the west is the Siuslaw National Forest, to the east are the Willamette and Umpqua National Forests, as well as Diamond Peak. The property lies near the coast, so there is easy access to the Pacific. It is also relatively easy to visit the city of Eugene, as the property is located just off Pacific Highway 5.

Dorena Lake has a range of activities, including several covered bridges over the water, two recreational lakes, the famous Row River biking and hiking trail, and three golf courses. The nearby Chambers Railroad Bridge is a designated historical landmark and will be a thrill for anyone interested in railroad history. Umpqua National Forest was shaped by explosive geologic events which provide spectacular scenery as well as an abundance of natural and cultural resources. Visitors will explore a diverse place of thundering waters, high mountain lakes, heart-stopping rapids, and peaceful ponds. The forest is characterized by its many waterfalls, including the 90-meter Watson Falls on the North Umpqua Highway.
