The cottage is located on 44 acres of pasture, forest with Mosby Creek running through the property. The main attraction here is the private swimming hole complete with jumping off rocks! The hosts provide inner tubes and beach towels. Fishing is allowed but guests need to provide their own gear and license. Other features include benches, picnic tables, and chairs scattered over the property for glampers to find the perfect spot to relax. Watching the horses graze is another pastime to enjoy. The hosts have made hiking trails throughout the property which kids have enjoyed riding their bikes on.

The forest is characterized by its many waterfalls, including the 90-meter Watson Falls on the North Umpqua Highway.
