This idyllic cottage rental is located near Eugene, Oregon and can accommodate two guests. The main room has dinning table, a window seat, a lounge chair and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, a hot plate, a microwave, and dishes and utensils. There is a loft bedroom with full size bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The bath house is located about 10 feet from the cottage which has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. There is an outdoor cooking area with granite counter top and power outlet on the porch.

The cottage is located on 44 acres of pasture, forest with Mosby Creek running through the property. The main attraction here is the private swimming hole complete with jumping off rocks! The hosts provide inner tubes and beach towels. Fishing is allowed but guests need to provide their own gear and license. Other features include benches, picnic tables, and chairs scattered over the property for glampers to find the perfect spot to relax. Watching the horses graze is another pastime to enjoy. The hosts have made hiking trails throughout the property which kids have enjoyed riding their bikes on.

The property and its artfully designed cottage offers a wide range of comforts, details, and amenities, including stained glass windows, a full-size bed with linens and a feather comforter, a reading area, a dining table, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is completely stocked and features a microwave, a refrigerator, a sink, a hot plate, a rice cooker, an electric frying pan, a slow cooker, a toaster, and a coffeemaker. If guests are traveling with a larger party, the hosts can even set up a tent with bedding (sleeps two) upon request.

Outside, there is another cooking area on the porch, which has a granite countertop, electrical outlets, and a propane barbecue. The bathroom is in a separate building about 10 feet away from the cottage and has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The property's most notable feature is a private natural swimming hole. It also has a tree house and a ping-pong table, in addition to 44 acres of hiking trails through the property's pastures and forests, where there are placed various picnic tables and benches for guests' use. Moreover, there is an organic vegetable garden, and guests are welcome to help themselves.

Umpqua National Forest was shaped by explosive geologic events which provide spectacular scenery as well as an abundance of natural and cultural resources. Visitors will explore a diverse place of thundering waters, high mountain lakes, heart-stopping rapids, and peaceful ponds. The forest is characterized by its many waterfalls, including the 90-meter Watson Falls on the North Umpqua Highway.
