This all-inclusive room rental is located on a ranch in Diamond, Oregon, and will give guests an authentic, Wild West experience. The room accommodates two guests, with a king-size bed, and all linens and towels are provided. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet and a sink, and there is a separate room with a jetted bathtub and a shower.

As a family establishment, guests are invited to enjoy the common area, which has a wood-burning stove, a selection of books to read, a piano, and a guitar. There is a fully-equipped kitchen available from which the host will prepare three hearty meals per day for the guests, free of charge.

The guest room has its own door leading outside onto a deck, where guests will be able to relax in the fresh air after a fun-filled day.

Guests at the ranch are immediately welcomed as part of the family and are invited to make the most of all the facilities that are available on the property. In the main area, guests encouraged to sit by the wood-burning stove and browse the selection of books that are available. Alternatively, there is a guitar and a piano available for any musicians who wish to play. True to style, the hosts have good old-fashioned ice-box refrigerator instead of a more modern model, which is available for guests who require it. There is also washing and drying facilities available for use.

As a family-run ranch, the hosts will provide three hearty meals per day which guests are welcome to join at no extra cost.

This property is unique in that guests at this working guest ranch are encouraged to get fully involved in all that it takes to keep the ranch running. Whether that means learning to ride or to train horses, helping with cattle driving, or coming up with some signature culinary delights, there will never be a dull moment and guests will truly learn what it is like to live and work as a cowboy. Guests are also encouraged to see the sights from the summit of Steens Mountain, which is easily accessible by foot or by car, especially at night when the stars come out in all their glory, far away from the city lights.
