Right on the beach, guests can enjoy long strolls along the shore while looking for sand dollars and keeping an eye out for whales in the distance. The waters may be a little chilly, but are great for windsurfing, and kitesurfing. Guests can take a bike ride around Gearhart to visit shops, cafes, and bakeries, or head to the golf course for a few relaxing rounds.
In Seaside, guests can walk along the famous Promenade and visit Seaside Candyman for locally made saltwater taffy. The city also features local museums, historic sites, souvenir and antique shops, and several dining options. The Seaside Aquarium is open to tourists, and there are also several great hiking trails nearby.
At Cannon Beach, guests can visit the sites where The Goonies was filmed, admire Haystack Rock, and do some ecotourism at Ecola State Park. There are several art galleries in the area, and the iconic Icefire Glassworks is well-worth a quick visit!
