Cancellations will incur a $25.00 processing fee per room per night. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of the entire reservation. Cancellation or changes to a confirmed reservation made within 20 days of the scheduled arrival will receive a refund only if the room can be rebooked to other guests. Guests found smoking will be charged a minimum $200.00 fee.
