This property is located on the Central Oregon Coast in the bustling town of Newport. Guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Yaquina. Guests can take a stroll down the street to enjoy some food at drinks at one of the bayfront restaurants and there is a sandy beach just a short drive away.
Newport is the largest and most popular town on the along the coast. The Historic Highway 101 connects the entire almost 400 miles of Oregon’s coast. A half hour scenic drive along the coast leads to the towns of Waldport, Seal Rock, Depoe Bay, Otter Rock, Yachats, and more. Newport offers visitors gorgeous beaches, lush parks, and a historic bayfront with shops, deep sea fishing, crabbing, and a marina. The "famous sea lions" can always be seen along the bayfront at all times.
Newport is home to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, one of the top ten aquariums in North America. Yaquina Bay Bridge, Yaquina Bay State Park, and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse are all worthy of a visit as well.

The Oregon Coast Aquarium is a must see when in Newport. It offers both inside and outside interactive exhibits for all to enjoy including an underwater walkway, a Secrets of Shipwrecks quest, and a large seabird aviary. The Yaquina Bay Bridge is an iconic arched bridge with two observation where visitors can enjoy sweeping vistas of the bay and beyond. Yaquina Bay State Park houses the 1871 Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and is an excellent place for walking, hiking, and biking. There are also a number of beautiful golf courses for those inclined to play a round.
There are plenty of beaches for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding or for more of an adrenaline rush, surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing are available as well. Nye Beach is a historic beach along the coast that has been drawing visitors for over 100 years. In addition to the sand and surf, there are also a number of shops, art galleries, and pubs/breweries for guests to peruse and enjoy. To get out on the water guests can join a dolphin or whale watching tour, a fishing charter, or a simply a leisurely boat tour.
