The beachfront villa has six colorful bedrooms, four of which are furnished with quilted king sized beds while the other has two sets of twin-sized bunk beds. The villa is a duplex, with a connecting door through the living room, so with its six full bathrooms and ample seating, guests will always have plenty of space. The living room has two deep sofas and a coffee table facing the mounted flat screen television near the fireplace, with the kitchen area behind it on the same main floor. The kitchen has an island with some bar stools and a wooden table near the windows that seats six. The back of the house has a large paved driveway and covered garage for guests' cars. On the front of the house, there's a large wooden deck with a wooden bench and the hot tub. Above the deck is the second-floor balcony, which has some chairs for gazing out on the Oregon coast and surrounding Rockaway Beach area.

The villa is built to accommodate large groups, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing for up to 16 guests to stay on the property. There is a flat screen television in the sitting area, with a DVD player and cable access. This room also has a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large meals, with a coffee machine and cooking utensils included. There is a collection of board games available, as well as a washer and dryer for doing laundry. Outside, there is a second-story balcony with chairs and a deck with a private hot tub.

Of course, being beachfront in such a spacious villa means that guests will have endless possibilities for entertainment on the ocean, from playing beach games with the family to renting kayaks and jet skis for some fun on the water. The town's beaches are beautiful and long, meaning glampers can enjoy a day on the beach without feeling too crowded. The well-known Twin Rocks formation in the water is within walking distance, which is great for guests looking for some scenic photos of the Oregon coast. Guests can also book a whale watching trip or a fishing tour from Rockaway Beach, or head into town for some seafood at one of the many restaurants in the town center. Lake Lytle is a beautiful spot to visit as well, with calmer waters and nice views from the bank of the lake.

Nearby towns like Manzanita and Gearhart are also worth visiting, as they are only about 25 minutes away from Rockaway Beach by car. Guests can play a round of golf at the Manzanita Golf Course or wander through some local art galleries and boutiques. The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad also runs through the area, with trains to the surrounding towns and sites, including Tillamook Bay about 90 minutes away. Glampers can go hiking or mountain biking on one of the numerous trails in the area, with miles of open trails both in the Rockaway Beach area and further inland in Tillamook State Forest.
