West Linn

West Linn is a city located in Clackamas County, northern Oregon. It is settled on the banks of the Willamette River, just half an hour from downtown Portland. In fact, this city is considered part of the southern suburbs within the Portland metropolitan area. There are plenty of gorgeous places to visit during a stay in West Linn, be it lake, forest, or park. Oswego Lake is just a stone’s throw away from the city, while the stunning Willamette Falls is only five minutes to the south. Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge is a spot not to be missed, and those hoping to hit the hiking trails will have no trouble finding them here. Both Tryon Creek State Natural Area and Mary S. Young State Recreation Area offer several different walks, as well as horse trails and birdwatching.
