The yurt is made from imported Mongolian wood, natural fibers, and has wool insulation, making this property a cozy place to sleep.
Guests have access to the farmhouse so that they can grab a shower, and for meals if they choose not to travel away from the farm for a meal.
Outside, there are wide open spaces. Being on a farm, the guests will get to see and interact with farm animals, such as cows, and chickens. There are grass, trees, hills, and skies as far as the eye can see. There is also a hiking area that can be accessed on foot from the property. Guests who are interested can bring their hiking boots and mountain bikes to explore the area.

At the yurt, the traveler has access to the farm where they can follow the hosts around as they do their day-to-day work. They can also access a 40-acre hiking ground by foot. A 38-minute drive into Cottage Grove will provide guests with interesting museums, such as the Cottage Grove Museum, and the Bohemia Gold Mining Museum.
