Set in Greenbank on the beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington, this rustic log cabin boasts a secluded location, surrounded by stunning woodland and overlooking a tranquil duck pond. The rental is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy a vacation of wonderful outdoor activities, both on the water, and in parks and forests.

There is one bedroom with private access to a deck and one full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV, and there is a loft with two additional twin beds the perfect hideaway for the kids. In the full bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a bathtub, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a sofa, cable TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the cookware and utensils guests will need to cook up tasty meals each day. Outside, there is a charming deck with rocking chairs, as well as a picnic table, and a wooden bench swing. Glampers can fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue, and then indulge in an al-fresco meal overlooking the duck pond.

This rustic log cabin is located in Greenbank on Whidbey Island, Washington, and is situated on 25 acres of almost unspoiled land. The county seat and charming city, Oak Harbor, is a half an hour drive away, and the beautiful Deception Pass State Park provides the northern 'full stop' to this tranquil island. South of the property lies several more townships and communities, such as Langley and Freeland, all the while the coastline offers staggering outlooks to Puget Sound, the body of water that will eventually lead to downtown Seattle. A quick ferry from Fort Casey will take guests across to Port Townsend, a lovely seaside town and gateway to the Olympic Peninsula. It is only 60 miles to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport via a ferry, so a multitude of flight connections are available nearby for both international and domestic travelers.

Fort Casey is also well worth a visit due to its array of historical batteries, and if guests are really up for a journey, ferries from Anacortes can take them to one of the unforgettable San Juan Islands, or even as far as Sidney, Canada.
