Just a short ways away at Oak Harbor and Langley, there are several charming galleries and workshops that feature local hand-made art. There are delicious dining options all over the island, and guests can take a tour at any of the numerous vineyards, breweries, and distilleries in the area. Deception Pass State Park is well worth a visit for some great hiking and birdwatching, and there are several beaches and lovely gardens even closer to home. With so many bays surrounding the island, glampers can partake in a plethora of water sports, such as kayaking and canoeing, or surfing and swimming. Fishing is plentiful, and guests can even go out for an evening of whale watching in on the cerulean waters.
