This exceptional tiny house, located on a tranquil pond in Sequim, Washington, is the perfect place for a glamping escape for two—or three! There are two bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft, and both feature queen-size beds with Egyptian cotton linens, Serta mattresses, three-inch natural latex toppers on the mattresses, down alternative and all-natural white down pillows, and surge protection with USB ports next to the beds for charging up one's electronic devices. In the full bathroom, there is a toilet, a sink, and a full-size shower with fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. All natural, organic, and cruelty-free toiletries are provided, including bath, skin, and hair products. The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator and stove, a microwave, a washer and dryer with detergents, a coffeemaker, organic coffee beans, a coffee grinder, a teapot with teas and hot chocolate, cream and sugars, and basic cooking and baking essentials.
The living room area is charming, bright, and inviting—glampers will hardly realize they're in a "tiny house!"—with tall windows, plenty of natural light, and scenic views all the way around. There is also a snack bar counter for dining and computer work, an electric LED fireplace, a television with Roku for viewing selections, a Bluetooth radio, and surge protection with USB ports.
Outside, glampers can walk the pathway up to the stone patio up to the tiny house, which features a gas grill and a fire pit, as well as picturesque views of the pond and a crystal clear creek that comes from melted snow. The tiny house sits on five acres of land, on which guests will see the hosts' home as well, though the tiny house is nestled in its own private area, is separate from the main house by privacy panels, and has its own parking. Guests are welcome to pick the blackberries and fruit trees on the property when they are in season.
There is an inflatable raft available for guests to use, and flotation cushions are provided. For guests' safety, please stay off and out of the pond if they cannot swim. A cooler, a small backpack, and folding chairs are provided for guests to take on day trips. There is also a small amount of firewood provided per stay for guests.

No smoking indoors nor pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted (including e-cigarettes and marijuana) outside on the patio ONLY, never inside or on the porch.
This property also does not permit parties nor events. It is not suitable for children from 0-12 years of age, due to the pond, steep stairs, and loft railing.
Please leave the rental in the same condition as upon arrival. Only registered guests are allowed, and quiet time is evoked at 10 p.m.
Fires are allowed in the outdoor fire pit, but please keep them small and be sure to supervise them. If there is a fire ban in place, it must be followed. No fireworks are allowed.
The hosts do have a small dog and two cats, and they venture outside, but they are not allowed in the tiny house. If guests would like to visit with the dachshund, Finnigan, or the two cats, they'd be happy to oblige; otherwise, the hosts do their best to keep them out of guests way.
