Yacolt

Yacolt is a small town which lies on the edges of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It is a place which is defined by lush, green trees, and a network of streams that run through the land. This unique setting provides campers with the perfect place to come on their next camping trip, as it has something extra special to add to their time here. When you get here, your first stop should be at the Moulton Falls Regional Park, where you can catch sight of no less than two waterfalls as you follow the trails around the park. Here, you can run your hands over the ancient volcanic rock as you wind deeper into the forest. To challenge yourself on a hike, head to the Bells Mountain Trailhead, which is one of the best trails in the area for you to follow into the Washington wilderness.
