There are several shopping and dining options nearby in Kimball, and guests can head into Chattanooga for both fine and casual dining. While in Chattanooga, guests can visit the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Zoo, museums, and musical entertainment venues. Rock City is ideal for rock climbing and breathtaking panoramic views. At Ruby Falls, guests can go caving, and after head to Incline Railway for a scenic ride up Lookout Mountain with views of the mountains and valleys. Guests have plenty of golf courses to choose from just minutes away and there is some fantastic fishing at the lake with the option of booking a local guide. Just steps out the door, guests can enjoy birdwatching and wildlife viewing in the stunning mountain forests.

The host has the right to inspect the premise at any time, and check-out time is strictly enforced. There is a $50 fee for every hour that guests stay beyond the agreed check-out time.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation and there may be a cleaning fee of at least $350 if smoking occurs indoors. Guests can smoke outside and are asked to clean up used butts at the risk of a $50 cleaning fee.
Guests are asked to leave all dishes washed and all waste disposed of before check-out. Waste left outside may attract animals, so guests are encouraged to dispose of trash properly and not leave anything out overnight.
Quiet hour begins at 10 p.m. and guests are asked to be respectful of other glampers on the property.
Hunting is prohibited and only legally owned and permitted firearms are allowed on the property.
