Outside, there is a pond right in front of the cottage, and there are many beautiful spots to sit and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Guests can also eat or relax on the screened-in porch. There is an outdoor fireplace to gather round on chilly evenings. This accommodation is a running farm, so guests will see horses and other farm animals on the premises.

This accommodation is completely remodeled, with new ceilings, floors, and windows. There is air conditioning, heating, and plenty of insulation for soundproofing, so guests can enjoy a quiet room. There is a shared dining area with a cozy fireplace and a living area with sofas and a flat screen television. The main nearby attraction is The Natchez Trace Parkway, which is a 444-mile scenic road that crosses incredible landscapes and terrain of Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi, and will lead visitors through 10,000 years of North American history. It is a great place to go biking. There are plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities on the Natchez Trace, which provides a habitat for nearly over a thousand species of plants, 33 mammal species, 134 bird species, and 70 species of reptiles and amphibians. Guests can visit the Wood Shop on the premises, where unique wooden furniture is built for sale. Guests can go fishing and boating on the Tennessee River. Colbert Ferry is a great place to have a picnic along the river. There are plenty of places to go out to eat and shopping to do in Florence, and in Muscle Shoals, guests can visit the recording studio, Fame.
