There is also another queen-size sleeper sofa in the lower unit for additional guests. The upper unit offers four and a half bathrooms. The four full bathrooms all offer a shower, sink, and toilet, and the half bathroom features just a sink and toilet. In the lower unit, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet as well.

The living room in the upper unit features a fireplace, two comfortable couches, two arm chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Next to the living room is the dining area with a table and seats for eight as well as a breakfast bar with seats for four next to the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. In the cabinets, guests will find all the necessary cookware, dinnerware, and utensils for a perfect homemade meal. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware are also located in the cabinets in the lower kitchen. Next to the lower kitchen is a small dining table with seats for four, as well. A TV can be found over the fireplace in the lower unit.
