This recently remodeled cabin is situated on Norfork Lake, Arkansas. It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, making this rental perfect for large groups or family get-togethers. The first bedroom includes one queen-size bed and one twin XL bed, the second bedroom includes one queen-size bed and two full-size beds. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The living area includes a flat-screen television complete with satellite cable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything a guest may need during their stay, including a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, and kitchenware.

Outside, guests will find patio chairs for relaxing, as well as a charcoal grill that's perfect for an afternoon barbecue. This cabin is also right next to our pavilion, providing plenty of outdoor enjoyability for your family or group of fishermen. There outdoor electric and space or boat parking.

There are a number of amenities at this property to elevate the experience of any guest staying here. Indoors, guests can enjoy air conditioning, central heating, WiFi connectivity, satellite cable, and picturesque views of the vast Norfork Lake.

Outside, guests have 4.5 acres of land to roam around and explore. Although there may be other vacationers staying at the property, it is large enough that guests can have their own privacy or mingle as they please. There is a shared dock overlooking the lake which may be used for swimming and fishing, a spacious pavilion, picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fire pit, and hammocks. There is plenty of parking for any kind of vehicle, including boats and trailers. For families, the property also includes a playground, a play house, a basketball court, a horseshoe pit, and a bean bag toss corner.

Children are welcome, and any child under the age of five may stay for free.

Guests may have visitors come over, though they are not permitted to stay overnight unless permission is granted and additional guests have been paid for.

Guests are not permitted to remove any items from the cabin.

Upon departure, the owners kindly request that guests wash all used dishes, deposit all garbage into the allotted dumpster, strip beds of all linens, and neatly pile towels.
