This spacious, family-friendly lodge retreat is located on Beaver Lake in Rogers, Arkansas, and can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. This property is a bed and breakfast and with the hosts living on-site they are always available and happy to help guests if needed. Tastefully decorated and as inviting as home, there are five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The first bedroom suite offers an iron-canopy four-poster king-size bed, an armoire, and a gorgeously-tiled ensuite bathroom with separate single sink vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub with a ledge to keep a glass of wine. The second suite offers guests a leather-upholstered king-size sleigh bed, a corner-mounted flat-screen television, ample closet space, and--tucked behind a sliding barn door--an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity, and combination shower and bathtub. In bright yellows and bold blue, the third suite offers a four-poster king-size bed, an armchair, windows with lake views, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink and shower. Dressed in reds, the fourth bedroom offers guests an antique queen-size bed with wood-carved headboard, an armchair, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a shower. Perfect for kids and decorated in a nautical theme, the fifth bedroom has a pair of twin-size built-in platform beds, with white cottage plank walls and haint-blue ceilings. All linens and towels are provided, as well as toiletries such as shampoos, soaps, and toilet paper.

This property has many places for guests to go to unwind and relax. Styled in traditional decor, the living room invites guests to rest on a sofa situated in front of a plant-filled bay window, and rest their feet next to a wood-burning stove. Filled with natural sunlight, the living room makes the perfect place to grab a book from the library and read for hours on end; at night a stained-glass lamp casts light for evening reading as well. In addition, although guests are provided breakfasts each morning, there is a fully-equipped kitchen that comes with all necessary appliances, including a Keurig coffeemaker, and a toaster for guests to make their own meals should they choose. Other amenities include air conditioning and central heating, a washer and dryer available, and a crib for young children and infants. For entertainment, televisions have cable, and there is Wi-Fi internet throughout as well as a laptop-friendly workspace available for guests needing to do light work.

Outside the private rooms, guests will find an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and sauna. On a patio outside, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs where guests can gather around as a family, share stories, and roast s'mores. The surrounding countryside property has views of lovely Beaver Lake, with nearby nature trails, and even a boat marina within walking distance. Guests can take a canoe--offered by the property--and paddle around the state park and recreational areas, spotting wildlife and birds. Parking is also free and available for guests.
