This property is pet-friendly and guests should inquire at the time of booking about bringing their furry friends. A damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

While guests can enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the rental, they will access the lake via one of the nearby marinas or Corp of Engineers recreational areas. There is no direct lake access from the property.

The rental is surrounded by forest and is accessed by a gravel road maintained by the County. There is a large hill with a steep grade at the entrance to the property. Therefore leaving the property in a two-wheel drive vehicle requires speed and momentum to carry guests up and over the hill.

If guests are towing a boat, the hosts recommend that guests rent a slip at one of the nearby marinas and drop the boat off before arriving. It is possible to bring a small boat down to the rental (24 feet or less), but guests will need four-wheel drive to get out over the hill if they are towing a boat.

Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings.
