There is a marina a few minutes away, where guests can rent boats for a day on the water. There is also plenty of fishing available, including brown trout, rainbow trout, and striped bass, just to name a few types of fish. For those who are looking to stay dry, they can head to the Daniel Boone National Forest, a large federally-protected area with plenty of hiking and biking trails in the Appalachians.
