This beachside suite rental is located in the town of Grand Isle in Jefferson Parish, Southern Louisiana, and can accommodate 10 guests. There are four bedrooms and one bathroom. All four bedrooms have a television, and closets with hangers. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find two twin-size beds, a television, and a convertible futon. There are also additional couches to lounge in. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a large stainless steel refrigerator, a Wolf gas range, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Dishes, crockery, and utensils are provided. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite/cable, and an air conditioning and heating unit.

Outside, there is a private deck the overlooks the beach. There are also gliders to sit on and an outdoor cooking area. Guests are also provided with outdoor gas grills, pots, and gas burners.

Guests staying at this property will have access to a nearby pier by the beach for fishing. Guests can use their own boat or borrow one of the kayaks available. There is a complimentary fish cleaning and cooking station for guests to use. In each of the unit, there is heating and air conditioning. There is also Wi-Fi and satellite/cable. Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided. Outside, there are plenty of parking spaces for cars and boats at the Inn and at the Cottages.

Office hours are from 8:00 through 20:00. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, while check-out is at 11:00 am. Additional hourly rates can be added if guests need more time. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm through 8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may smoke outdoors. This property does not accept pets.

Clean any dishware used before checking out. Any coolers with seafood in it must be left outside. It cannot be brought into the unit. All fish/seafood and outdoor cooking utensils must be cleaned outside. Any scraps from fish/seafood cleaning and eating must be placed in a plastic bag and thrown in the dumpster by the street. If no plastic bags are available, the guest should contact the office. Leave all the furniture as they were and guests must take out the trash in the dumpster outside. The establishment will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuables.
