This charming and serene cottage rental is located on a horse farm in Raymond, Mississippi. It is nestled in the woods near lakes, riding trails, and the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway. The cottage can accommodate up to four guests, perfect for couples or families who want a unique and peaceful retreat into nature.

The cottage is elegantly furnished and infused with a rustic charm. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed for couples and the other with a pair of twin beds for the kids. Each bedroom includes a dresser and a closet for extra storage space. Both bedrooms will have access to a full bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. High-quality linens and towels, and a selection of toiletries are provided.

After a long day of horseback riding or cycling down the Natchez Trace, families can gather on the comfortable couch in the living room and watch a movie on the TV. The living room opens up to a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats two. The kitchen comes with a fridge with a freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffeemaker.

Guests will enjoy a daily and complimentary continental breakfast each morning of their stay. The cottage is pet-friendly and features a fenced backyard with a cozy doghouse. Other amenities include heating and air conditioning, cable and satellite, Wi-Fi, and a locked gate for extra security.

In the mornings, guests can sit out on the front porch with a cup of fresh coffee and watch the sun rise over the lush foliage and rolling pastures. Behind the cottage is a private deck with rocking chairs and more scenic views of the woods and countryside. For a moment of quiet solitude, guests can stroll through the gardens or walk down to the screened gazebo, tucked deep into the woods, to read a book or view wildlife. Children will love the freestanding room, a renovated barn shed with an attached dovecote and rabbit hutch, or the fish ponds and gated pastures with grazing horses.

The bed and breakfast is tucked away on over 230 acres of scenic and well-kept pastures, with several miles of wooded riding trails and three lakes with docks for fishing. A group meeting area is available for corporate retreats and workshop events. Facilities include a main reception hall, a cafe, and a TV room. Free parking is available on site.

For horses, the farm has a large stable with secure, well-maintained stalls. There are two uncovered stalls and four covered stalls with attached turnouts. The stable provides access to gated pasture and grazing areas, as well as a massive arena and round pen. For dogs, the cottage comes with a large fenced backyard and a cozy, comfortable doghouse.

Inside the cottage, there is a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a freestanding room with an attached dovecote and rabbit hutch. Outside, there is a private furnished deck with a BBQ grill and plenty of storage space for bicycles. A wooden walkway passes through the garden and leads to a screened gazebo tucked within the woods surrounding the cottage. For guests' security, the cottage is locked and gated.

The farm features a few miles of scenic trails passing through quiet woodlands and around calm placid lakes. Guests can ride their horses through the woods, or reconnect with nature on long walks, hikes, and bike rides. Additionally, they can watch birds, view wildlife, or take photos of the beautiful and serene countryside.

The farm also includes three large and well-stocked lakes with docks for fishing and boating. There is a group meeting area where families or colleagues can engage in yoga, meditation, team-building exercises, or other workshop events.

The farm is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, cafes, and a movie theater. It is also close to the famous Natchez Trace Parkway. Guests can drive 4x4s or ride bikes down nearly 500 miles of lush foliage, gorgeous countryside, and historic villages.

Guests can stop by the banks of the famous Mississippi River for kayaking, canoeing, and rafting. They can also go on boat or cruise tours of the river, or fish for bass and catfish. Around the riverbanks are golf courses and hunting grounds for waterfowl. Additionally, guests can spend the day at Jackson, Mississippi's state capital. They can tour museums, see historic landmarks on city tours, or bring their kids to the zoo and aquarium.
