There are two bedrooms that feature 10 custom-made bunk beds, 15 twin-size bunk beds, and five full-size mattresses. Pillows and bed linens are not provided. There are two large bathrooms in the cabin and each of these feature three shower stalls and separate toilet areas. For the convenience of the guests, a washer and dryer is also provided allowing them to pack light and simply do their laundry within the property.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with abundant storage space, two stove ranges and ovens, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and an ice maker. There is also a full set of glassware as well as cooking and dining utensils.
In the living area, the focus of the room is the mountain rock fireplace accented by antler chandeliers on both sides of the room. One side faces the dining area while the other features a large flat-screen TV with satellite service, as well as leather sofas.
Outside is a private deck with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ grill for a lovely evening of good food and drinks. There is also a swing for added seating and lounging outdoors.

For guests who are staying with their own boats, a private boat ramp in the swimming area is located right next to the property. Outside is a hammock and a swing where guests can relax and unwind while enjoying the fresh air and the beauty of nature.

Guests can also visit the Broken Bow Lake that offers rentals for speedboats, jet skis, and houseboats. Its surrounding terrain is densely populated with the local wildlife, making it a great spot for birdwatchers. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is the Big Oak Nature Trail and the Beaver Lodge Nature Trail with several towering kinds of wood and camping sites.

Surrounded by numerous local attractions, this property is great for guests who are looking to unwind and relax, as well as those who seek thrill-filled activities. Some of the top destinations in the area are the Broken Bow Lake for speedboating and jet skiing, the Big Oak Nature Trail and Beaver Lodge Nature Trail for outdoor exploration and birdwatching, as well as common sightings of white-tailed deer, eastern wild turkeys, furbearers such as bobcats and coyotes, cottontail rabbits, and migrating waterfowl. Bald eagles also visit the Broken Bow Reservoir and Mountain Fork River during the winter season.
Guests can also visit the Glover River in the McCurtain County, with waters that flow out of the majestic Ouachita Mountains. Through its trails are towering pines and thick forest trees. Within the river are fish species such as channel catfish, largemouth bass, sunfish, and spotted bass. The area is also perfect for rapid rafting, kayaking, and canoeing. For thrill seekers, there is a rope swing into the river.
There are various spots within the area where guests can set up campfires and warm up while sharing stories. Nearby is a bamboo forest that is ideal for a leisurely stroll and viewing the local wildlife in their native habitat.
