Nestled in the Ouachita National Forest, glampers can spend their days spotting wildlife, going hiking or mountain biking, and even taking guided horseback riding tours. Known for its stunning rock cliffs and clear water, nearby Broken Bow Lake is the ideal spot for water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing, and scuba diving. Guests can also go picnicking, bird watching, or strolling along its 180 miles of shoreline. The lake was created by damming the Mountain Fork River, where guests can go canoeing or fly fishing. There is also a nature center in the lovely Beavers Bend Resort Park, which offers arts and crafts, bingo, sunset hikes, nature films, and astronomy outings.
