The second bedroom contains two queen-size beds in a spacious, all-wood room on the second floor. The third bedroom features another queen-size bed with a glass door leading to the deck and fantastic views of the surrounding landscape. In the upstairs loft, guests will also find a day bed and a trundle to sleep on. A portable crib can be provided to guests traveling with a baby.
The en-suite bathroom mentioned above has a shower, while the other bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a half-bathroom on the second floor. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will a sofa, a love seat, and an ottoman. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and a toaster, along with a dining that seats eight.

Ski and snowboard slopes are available at nearby Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain, and the highest peak of the Blue Ridge Mountains can be found at Grandfather Mountain. The site is about an hour from Blountville, where the nearest airport is located, and it is 40 minutes from Johnson City, an hour and a half from Asheville, two hours from Knoxville, and three hours from Charlotte.

Between Watauga Lake, Watauga River Gorge, and Cherokee National Forest, guests can enjoy nearly endless outdoor recreation opportunities both on water and land.
