Bluff Dale

Bluff Dale, Texas was established by white pioneers who settled the area, and officially became a town in 1877. The climate in this region of the state is humid subtropical, meaning the summers are hot and humid and the winters are mild to cool. To beat the heat, head to a nearby body of water so you can easily cool off. The Paluxy River and Berrys Creek are to the north, both great for swimming, fishing, and boating. Further east is the Brazos River and Lake Granbury. The Granbury City Beach Park offers volleyball and swimming for visitors, or you can go kayaking or tubing on the river. Located on the outskirts of Fort Worth, glampers can easily access the town for a weekend getaway, and visitors flying in from out of state don’t have far to drive.
