The fully-equipped and modern kitchen has all the cookware and utensils necessary to prepare a great meal to share.
A walkway takes guests out to a rock patio with furniture for dining out, and a fire pit grill to cook on. From the charming outside area, guests can overlook the Guadalupe River Valley during the day and enjoy watching the stars at night.

Location + Surroundings
Just outside of Victoria is Coleto Creek Park, where guests will find numerous trails, picnic tables, beaches, and sports areas. It's a great place to spend the day as a family. Aransas National Wildlife Refuge is just over an hour and a half away. Here, visitors can get involved in numerous outdoor pursuits such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and wildlife watching. Of course, with the natural beauty of the immediate area, guests can go on walks and hikes in the area and enjoy the local wildlife and nature.

There are plenty of activities to keep guests occupied during their stay. For those coming for a short stay, the local countryside is stunning and has lots of places to walk and explore. With deer, birds, and wildlife all around, guests will really feel they are getting away from it all. In nearby Cuero, there are various seasonal festivals. There is Christmas in the Park, and during the summer, spring, and fall months, there are various wildflower festivals, something that the county of DeWitt is famous for.
In Victoria, there is the zoo where families can go and see exotic animals. Nearby, guests can rent kayaks at Gerry's Kayaks and spend the day on the Guadalupe River. Victoria also has numerous parks to explore such as the Coleto Creek Park & Reservoir and the Riverside Park, and both of which have places to relax. At Coleto Creek Park and Reservoir, there are beaches for families to relax. There are also museums in Victoria such as the Museum of the Coastal Bend, the Children's Discovery Museum, and the Nave Museum.
