It is only three miles from downtown Fredericksburg, so the shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, and outdoor activities are only minutes away for convenience. For those cycling enthusiasts, this is a great place for bicyclists because it is situated at the entrance point to most of the great biking roads in the Hill Country.
