This vacation getaway in Fredericksburg is the perfect romantic rental for couples visiting Texas Hill Country. The entrance alone is like entering a secret garden giving way to the cobblestone courtyard. Guests can sip a coffee or glass of wine around the chic bistro table or enjoy a picnic in the vibrant green backyard. The best seat in the house is really the upstairs patio, where guests can enjoy the starry night sky once the sun has set.

Once inside, guests are met with high ceilings and antique decor. Ornate chandeliers, rustic, hardwood floors, and exposed stone accent walls meet lace curtains, quilts, and antique area rugs for a romantic getaway. The one-bedroom rental is perfect for couples, with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.

When guests aren't outside enjoying the stunning landscape, unwind with a movie or music on the DVD/CD player, or stream music with the Wi-Fi. This Texas Hill Country vacation getaway is truly amazing, and perfect for an intimate getaway.

This romantic and charming property will have guests feeling right at home from the time they step foot through the cobbled courtyard. From the beautifully weathered copper soaking tub to the antique fireplace or wooden accents, this property brings guests back in time. Although guests may feel they've been transported to another era, they can still stay connected with the Wi-Fi.

Fredericksburg has an old town charm with so much to do and see both in the town and out in the rolling green meadows, woodlands, and rivers and creeks that characterize the landscape. Guests may like to start their morning at the Fredericksburg Farmer's Market and pick up a few things for a picnic, then head out to hike the Willow Canyon Loop. This 13-mile trail winds its way through the hills, creeks, meadows, valleys, and canyons of the area and gives guests not only a beautiful place to stretch their legs, but also a better feel for the countryside they are visiting. Enchanted Rock is a different popular hiking destination in the area, where from atop guests can take in the spectacular 360-degree views of Hill Country.

Another day guests might be in the mood for a bit of history and decide to check out the Pioneer Museum Complex or the Vereins Kirche Museum to understand a little bit better the culture of this part of Texas. After dining at one of Main Streets restaurants, guests can head to Wildseed Farms. Acres of local flowers like Indian Blanket, Laura Bush Petunias, Purple Coneflower, and Bluebonnets cover the land among which guests can relax with a beer at the on-site Brewbonnet Biergarten. Once summer has arrived, guests will want to escape the heat, kayaking, canoeing, or rafting on the Pedernales River or one of the many creeks is the perfect recipe for a humid summer afternoon. No matter how they choose to spend their days, there is something for everyone all year long.
