This lovely cottage vacation rental is located in central Llano, Texas, close to local restaurants and bars and just a short drive away from many national parks and lakes. This accommodation sleeps up to 11 guests, so it is perfect for a family getaway. The cottage boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with enough space for a queen size blow up mattress on the floor. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a set of single size bunk beds, and the third bedroom solely has queen size bed. If additional sleeping space is needed, a twin size bed can be found in the laundry room and a sofa bed in the living area can fold out into a queen size bed. The master bedroom as well as the additional bathroom both have a toilet, shower, and bathtub. The living area has a large sofa, as well as lounge chairs, a rocking chair, and a coffee table. The dining space has seating for four people around the kitchen table and an additional four spaces at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker with complimentary coffee. Essential kitchen utensils such as dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans can also be found in the kitchen. Outside, guests can enjoy the large backyard with gazebo, covered patio with picnic table, chiminea, and outdoor grill.

This property has central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Guests can access satellite television programming and Wi-Fi available throughout the cottage. The television in the living area also has a DVD player, so guests are encouraged to bring their own movies. Guests are provided with linens, towels, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. The use of the washing machine, clothes dryer, and iron and ironing board is also available. If guests need a highchair, the can request one from the host. Outside guests can enjoy the use of the large back yard and covered patio with a picnic table. A chiminea and gas grill are also outside. Parking for a single car is available.

The area surrounding Llano has many golf courses, such as the Llano River Golf Course and the Horseshoe Bay Golf Resort. The Llano River and Lyndon B. Johnson, Buchanan, and Inks Lakes are popular locations for watersports such as fishing, boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming and are all a short driving distance from the property. Wildlife is abundant in this part of Texas, and bird and eagle watching is well-known is Llano. Deer, quail, turkey, and pheasant hunting is also a popular pastime during certain seasons. Take the family to the Longhorn Cavern State Park for the day to view natural rock formations, or to the Enchanted Rock State Natural Area for some interesting views while hiking. The Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge is a short drive away and is great for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, and bird and other wildlife watching. In the town center, guests can grab a bite to eat at local restaurants and bars, as well as visit the Llano County Historical Museum.
