Welcome to our Good Vibes Destination! Wake up to birds chirping in a charming Tipi cabin, just minutes from the best tubing spots on the upper Guadalupe River. Our cabins provide one-of-a-kind glamping experiences just outside beautiful New Braunfels.
Each Tipi cabin:
• Accommodates up to 6 guests
• Tipis 1, 6, and 7 each have two queen-size beds and a modern foldout couch, sleeping up to 6 guests in a large, round room.
• Tipis 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 each have three queen-size beds in each Tipi, sleeping up to 6 guests in a large, round room.
• They each have a separate private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower located next to the tipis.
• Allows for cooking basic meals in your kitchenette (pans & cooking tools provided)
• Provides 2 parking spaces (overflow parking available)
• Wi-Fi and SmartTVs
• Air-conditioned and heated
• No pets allowed
The Tipi cabins are one large room with no separate bedrooms. Just a short, scenic walk leads you to your clean and well-maintained private bathroom. Gather around the fire pit with s’mores, share stories, and make unforgettable memories under the starlit Texas sky. When you're ready for some adventure, take a short stroll down our Path of Positivity to the Guadalupe River.
They all have a kitchenette with a sink, a small dorm-sized fridge, a 2 burner stove, and a large toaster oven. They also each have a separate private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower located next to the tipis. Outside, there are individual barbecues, picnic tables, and fire pits serving each cabin. Guests are sure to love their stay at one of the most unique glamping sites New Braunfels has to offer!
Enjoy a rustic glamping experience with modern comforts where outdoor living is a highlight, with fire pits and BBQ grills available for your use. Just 10 minutes from tubing on the Guadalupe River and a short drive to Schlitterbahn, wineries, and breweries—adventure awaits!
In the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including boat rentals, fly-fishing, bird-watching, and exploring local restaurants, and nature walks. If you're a music lover, catch a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater or Gruene Dance Hall just a few miles away.

Fly-fishing is excellent and outfitters and guides, as well as tube rental outfitters are located nearby. Guests can enjoy nights on-site cooking on their own personal BBQ pits for grilling, picnic tables and individual fire pits for chatting or just relaxing with friends and family. We sell tubes, s'mores kits, firewood bundles and other fun merchandise on site.
