Other residents of the refuges include American alligators, river otters, and muskrats.
Around Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Peninsula, guests will find a variety of restaurants, a nine-hole golf course (Crystal Beach Community Golf Course), a miniature golf course (Gulf Range Miniature Golf Course), and other attractions, such as the Bolivar Point Lighthouse and Rollover Pass.
