Built all the way back in 1865 and restored in 2005 to bring it into the present while retaining its mid-19th-century charm, this historical cottage rental is located near Brenham, Texas, and can accommodate five guests. Inside, they will find two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, and a glassed-in sun porch. The first bedroom contains a full-size bed, while the second bedroom is a spacious, open room suite with a queen-size bed and a twin daybed.
In the bathroom, guests will find a sink, a shower, and a toilet in a separate enclosure. Other amenities include DirecTV and a bar sink area with a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a coffeemaker.
Outside, guests will find a covered porch with a pair of chairs from which they can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the cottage's five-acre property.
