Description of Glamping Units
This beachfront cottage rental is located in Boca Grande, Florida, and can accommodate six guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, a sofa, a television, French doors opening onto a private balcony with chairs and views of the beach, and an ensuite bathroom with a double tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and an overhead fan. The third bedroom also has an overhead fan and is furnished with two twin beds and a nightstand with a lamp. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find a sofa, four armchairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, a television, a fireplace, lamps, and an overhead fan. The dining area seats six. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a refrigerator, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Location + Surroundings
The beachfront cottage is located on Gasparilla Island in Boca Grande, Florida, where white sand and a blue sea await guests' enjoyment just footsteps from their back deck. Although the barrier island is most well-known for its pristine beaches, it also has a number of natural attractions for guests to explore.
To the south, guests will find Gasparilla Island State Park, where they can see West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, southern bald eagles, American oystercatchers, and a variety of terns. Even further south, on the next barrier island, guests can take a ferry to Cayo Costa State Park, which boasts 2,426 acres of beaches, mangrove swamps. pine forests, and oak-palm hammocks. To the east, guests will find Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where they can go kayaking amid mangrove swamps, seagrass beds, and mollusks reefs.

Guests can go kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and hiking at Don Pedro Island State Park and Gasparilla Island State Park. At the latter, guests can also go biking, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Opportunities for all of the above activities can be found at Cayo Costa State Park as well. All three state parks are prime spots for wildlife viewing, with dolphins, manatees, tortoises, and sea turtles being among the many species that can be spotted.
For even more kayaking or fishing, guests can explore the flourishing aquatic habitats of Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve. For golfing, guests can hit the links at the Gasparilla Inn & Club. For dining, guests will find a variety of restaurants right in Boca Grande. For swimming, guests can head right out their door to the beach or the cottage's shared swimming pool.
