This luxury villa with a heated pool is situated in Everglades City, Florida, and can accommodate four guests. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on this newly renovated property. The bedroom has a luxurious king bed and a sliding door that opens to spectacular views of the waterfront deck. The sofa in the living area can also be folded out into a queen bed should guests need additional sleeping space. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a renovated walk-in tile shower. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.
In the living room, guests will find a large and comfortable sectional sofa, a ceiling fan to keep guests cool, and a TV with cable. The equipped kitchen comes with all of the appliances and utensils guests might need to feel at home during their stay, including a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Guests can enjoy their home-cooked meals around the beautiful dining table with seating for four. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and parking onsite.
