In the open-concept living area, guests will first find the kitchen that sits overlooking the entire living area. In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests are encouraged to use stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, an ice maker, a dishwasher, dining and cooking ware, and a coffeemaker, all spaced out along gorgeous granite countertops. Four tall stools line up against the breakfast bar, offering guests a casual place to enjoy snacks, full meals, and great conversation. Just past the breakfast bar rests a fresh white couch with thoughtful throw pillows, a plush chair with a footstool, and a small armchair centered around a large mounted flat-screen TV. The living area offers access to several different points of the cottage, including the outdoor staircase leading down to the pool, the lovely dining room that plays host to a wooden table with six chairs, and one of the two bedrooms found on the main level. The cottage also boasts a washer/dryer with provided linens and towels, including beach towels.
Guests are likely to spend most of their time outside, enjoying the luxury of the impeccably landscaped yard full of green trees, shrubbery, and vibrant flowers, all surrounding the private heated pool. Chairs and tables can be found in every direction on the patio, making firing up the gas grill and dining al fresco a fantastic option any night.

For a delicious and casual meal with a view, guests should make their way to The City Pier, home to local dishes, drinks, and a fun atmosphere. The pier rests on the bay, where guests will be treated to colorful bird sightings and a relaxing meal on the water.
Fantastic beach days await at Bean Point, a serene oasis with unending views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway bridge, along with an abundance of manatees swimming up and down the coast to say hello.
A little under an hour south of Anna Maria Island, guests will find Manatee Public Beach and Holmes Beach. Manatee Public Beach boasts easy access onto the soft sand, free parking for guests, and fun facilities such as volleyball courts, gift shops, playgrounds for children, lifeguards for added security on the beach, bathrooms, and showers. The dreamy beach is a local favorite, as well as a frequented spot by families, as there is plenty of room to spread out and spend the whole day in the sunshine, splashing in the warm waves.
Holmes Beach offers an abundance of exciting activities for guests to experience, and a free trolley is available for guests to hop on from Manatee Public Beach over to Holmes Beach, where Segway tours, water sports, and fishing charters await.
For an adventurous learning experience, guests are encouraged to partake in Segway tours offered by Zegway by the Bay on Holmes Beach. The tour company leads guests through all of the historical points throughout the charming beach town, as well as up and down the Gulf of Mexico. Water sports such as jet skiing and waterskiing are popular up and down the islet, from Anna Maria Island to Bradenton Beach.
