This vacation rental comes furnished with two queen-size beds that can accommodate two people each, as well as a queen-size sofa bed, which can sleep two people, and one king-size bed in the attached studio apartment. Guests can dock their boat on-site and visit any or all of the three springs on the lake.

Inside the rental, there are two full bathrooms and an outdoor hot and cold shower. The aforementioned attached studio also has a full bathroom and kitchen, in addition to the two-bedroom main house with full bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave for guests to cook their own meals, as well as a coffeemaker, a toaster, a sink, a fridge/freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, and normal kitchen utensils.
