This rustic cabin is located near Chattahoochee National Forest, Georgia, and can accommodate up to seven guests. This cabin has one full bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. There are two bedrooms, with two twin-size bunk beds in the first, and one full-size bed and one twin-size bed in the second. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living area, there is a gas heater to keep guests warm and cozy, as well as air conditioning for the warmer months. There is also a comfortable couch and a television with a DVD player. Guests should note that this cabin does not receive satellite, cable, or television reception, and can therefore only play DVDs. The fully equipped kitchen has a small refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a toaster, a coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, and dishes. There is also a dining table with four chairs.

Guests will enjoy the three in-ground trampolines, horseshoes, volleyball facilities, and a playground with a sandbox. There are multiple large bonfire areas and a fully stocked fishing pond for guests to enjoy. Also outside is a covered kitchen with charcoal grills, running water, electricity, and multiple covered picnic tables on the deck. Some accommodations include a Jacuzzi, and linens and towels are provided. There is a communal television room with over 300 satellite channels.

While staying at this property, guests can enjoy petting and feeding the animals on the farm for no charge and at any time. Rabbits, goats, chickens, mini horses, calves, ducks, and pigs are there to be fed, held, and petted, while the feed is available to purchase. When the weather permits, guests are welcome to enjoy a hayride or a bonfire. There are four nearby waterfalls which are accessible from the observation deck or by a short hike, as well as miles of nearby trails, including a mile path connecting to the Appalachian Trail.

For quiet time, there are many secluded spots on the property where guests can just relax and listen to the sounds of nature. In Hiawassee, guests should make sure to visit the mountains of Brasstown Bald or Bell Mountain for some amazing hiking experiences and wildlife-watching. Chatuge Lake is nearby and is a popular spot for fishing, rafting, and kayaking, or guests could enjoy a day spent at the Fred Hamilton Rhododendron Garden, a public botanical garden.
