Martin

Martin is a charming rural North Georgia town, located alongside a railroad that stretches between Lavonia and Toccoa, and with excellent access to Tugaloo State Park. The locals are incredibly warm and friendly, and the town itself has plenty of charm. However, what makes this town particularly special is its ready access to sites such as Toccoa Falls, spectacular waterfalls that are 19 feet higher than Niagara. These waterfalls are one of the county's biggest tourist attractions. It is also close to Victoria Bryant State Park, a great option for hiking, cycling, picnicking, and much more. It is also close to the lovely Chattahoochee River, which is ideal for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and much more.
