In the first suite, guests will find one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom features a king-size bed flanked by rustic nightstands and lamps. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, a marble-top vanity, a heated towel rack, and a walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided.
Other amenities include a nature-themed library of books, a wall-mounted television, a vintage Philco phonograph with an accompanying vinyl record collection, and a bar area with a sink, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
In the second suite, guests will also find one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a desk, a ceiling fan, and a glass door leading to the deck. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Other amenities include another nature-themed library and a wall-mounted television. From the porch and deck, guests can enjoy views of the property's courtyard.
Guests will also have access to a number of shared spaces in the property, such as a parlor with sofas and a fireplace, a living room with more seating and a television, and a breakfast room with wall-to-wall windows, where a daily gourmet breakfast is served. Outside, guests will find a walking path, a gazebo, a koi pond, and benches on the site's scenic grounds.

Guests are served breakfast daily and can choose from a gourmet menu featuring nearly a dozen entrees, such as eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, and quiche. They can also choose between a variety of cereals, fresh pastries, fresh fruit, juice, and hot beverages. Tea is served around 3:30 PM in the property's parlor room or gazebo. At 5:00 PM, guests can also enjoy a selection of cold beverages, wines, antipasto meats, cheeses, olives, and crackers.

Around the island, guests will find a number of historical sites and museums, such as the Bloody Marsh Battle Site, Fort Frederica National Monument, St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, the AW Jones Heritage Center, and the Arthur J Moore Methodist Museum and Library. They will also find a number of facilities and service providers for outdoor recreation, including golf courses, tennis courts, kayak and canoe outfitters, bicycle rental companies, and fishing spots.
The site is about halfway between Savannah (one hour and 40 minutes north) and Jacksonville (one hour and 15 minutes south), making it a perfect point of departure for day trips to either city. At the latter city, guests will find the closest international airport.

Guests can go biking on the Saint Simons Island Biking Trail System, with rentals available from local companies such as Benjy's Bike Shop, Island Rental Center, and Monkeywrench Bicycles. For golfing, guests can hit the links at The King and Prince Golf Course, Frederica Golf Club, and Sea Palms Resort, where they can also play tennis.
Guests can go kayaking and canoeing in areas such as the Marshes of Glynn, the Jekyll River, and Rixen Pond, with rentals and tours available from companies such as Altahama Coastal Tours, Barry's Beach Service, Kennedy Outfitters, and Cumberland Island Boat and Kayak Adventure. On and under the water, they can also go surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, jet-skiing, snorkeling, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding, with rentals available from companies such as Barry's Beach Service and Island Dive Center.
