The property is situated in very peaceful surroundings and neighbors picturesque woodlands but is also only a two-minute drive to Cashiers center, five minutes from Sapphire, and approximately 10-15 minutes from Lake Glenville and Highlands. Wonderful shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and recreation are all close by. For a daytime excursion, check out the fabulous city of Asheville, which is known for its vibrant arts scene, innovative restaurants, The Biltmore, and historic architecture. This part of the Smoky Mountains offers an abundance of landmarks, restaurants, shops, spas, and parks to keep the whole family entertained on their vacation.

There are plenty of activities and places to visit while staying at this cottage; it is certain guests will not struggle for entertainment! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is approximately a 45-minute drive away, or 50.7 kilometers (31.5 miles). In this National Park, guests can visit the Roaring Fork, one of the larger and faster flowing streams in the park. Guests visiting this can adore scenic wildlife and breathtaking waterfalls.
Charlotte is approximately a two-hour drive from the glamping site. There are incredible theme parks with water rides here, adventure parks, beautiful gardens, museums, plenty of outdoor activities, and much more. This is an amazing location for a fun-filled day trip and is so close to the cottage, too.
If guests just want to simply relax in the cottage, there are many amenities available for entertainment. The cottage includes a DVD player, a stereo with an iPad docking station, two flat-screen HD televisions, and free Netflix streaming access. There is also a small pond close to the cottage with a peaceful waterfall.
