This beautiful cabin rental is located in Ferguson, North Carolina, and can accommodate eight guests. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The bedroom on the main level has a king-size bed and a 42" smart HDTV, while on the lower level, the first bedroom there has one queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. In the main bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a combination shower / antique clawfoot bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests will find a 50" smart HDTV and a stone wood-burning fireplace. A family room downstairs features a 47" plasma TV and a pool table. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with granite counters, a graphite sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, and a microwave. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a large wraparound deck, a gas grill, a hot tub, and stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabin occupies 40 acres of land and is in close proximity to several hiking and riding trails. The property is also wheelchair accessible.

While staying at the property, there are a number of facilities and amenities open to guests. First and foremost, the equine center of the Ferguson area is available to all, meaning lessons, events, and tours are on offer for curious and adventurous guests. For those after a little exercise, there are also two tennis courts to play on, as well as a basketball court and a volleyball court. For the kids, there's even a playground to explore. When the temperature soars, guests are free to use the complex's private pool, jump in the nearby natural watering hole, or go tubing down the local creek. Speaking of the creek, avid fishermen are encouraged to go fishing either there or at the two stocked ponds inside the complex, where rainbow trout and small-mouth bass can be found. It's even possible to join up with a hiking trail without having to get in a car; there are 75 miles worth of scenic tracks on the property's front doorstep, totally free to discover by guests.

In this region of North Carolina, the number of things to do can be staggering. Naturally, there is an overabundance of hiking and biking trails to explore in the surrounding area, including several scenic paths inside the protected areas of the Blue Ridge Mountains (especially Moses H. Cone Memorial Park, Julian Price Memorial Park, and of course Grandfather Mountain State Park). Horseback riding is another popular pastime, with tours departing from Blowing Rock, and there are petting zoos, train rides, and theme park attractions for the young ones (or those young at heart!) at nearby Tweetsie Railroad. Avid skiers and snowboarders will be satisfied with the winter sports on offer at Appalachian Ski Mountain, while budding historians and knick-knack aficionados will be delighted by the curiosities on display at Mystery Hill. And, of course, there are still a multitude of things to do and events to attend back at the complex, where the top priority is making sure guests make the most of their trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
